Yitzy's practice focuses on representing entrepreneurs and investors, with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, facilitating investments (token or equity) providing compliance with privacy regulations (CIPPE Certified), and advising on issues of licensing and intellectual property.
Yitzy is a notable member of the crypto community, has been featured in various publications and podcasts, and frequently speaks at global industry conferences. Yitzy has been working with some of the biggest names in crypto since 2016 and is involved in several NFT projects, DAOs, and Web3 initiatives as a strategic advisor and investor. He is also a partner in the globally-recognized blockchain advisory firm, DLT Law.
In addition, Yitzy is also a Captain (Res.) in the International Law Dept. of the IDF's MAG Corp.
